The Medtecs Spark Story

In the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, as the world faced unprecedented challenges, Medtecs recognized the urgent need for action. Hospitals were overwhelmed, communities were in crisis, and the demand for essential medical supplies skyrocketed overnight. We immediately launched an initiative called Medtecs Can Help to provide critical support to the frontline workers.

“Medtecs Can Help” became our rallying cry. We mobilized our resources, donated millions of products, and joined hands with governments around the world, international organizations like the World Health Organization, World Vision International, the Red Cross, and numerous NGOs. From providing PPE to frontline workers to supporting vulnerable communities, we made a global impact. Our contributions during this time were not just acts of charity but a testament to our unwavering commitment to better the world’s health.

As the immediate crisis of the pandemic began to subside, we reflected on the profound impact of Medtecs Can Help. We realized that this initiative was more than just a response to a single crisis—it was the embodiment of our mission to provide safe and effective products with speed, warmth, and care. It was about igniting hope, driving transformation, and making a lasting difference in the lives of people around the world.

Thus, Medtecs Spark Program was born.

  • This program is only for organizations. Individual applicants will not be accepted.
  • To ensure that the supplies are evenly distributed to organizations in need of protective equipment, we cannot guarantee that all the requested items will be provided.
  • We will let you know the result of your application via email.
  • Reselling of the donated items in whole or in part is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in denial of all future applications for Company donation or sponsorship.

Your personal data will be collected, processed and retained in the following manner:

(1) Your personal data will be retained for as long as the Group reasonably needs it to process your application and to carry out work in relation to your request.

(2) The Group may share your personal data with external partners or vendors. These third-party entities shall be required to protect your personal data through adequate and reasonable means.

3. Rights to Your Personal Data
You may exercise the following rights in relation to your personal data:

(1) To check or review the collected personal data.
(2) To receive a copy of the collected personal data.
(3) To supplement, amend or rectify the collected personal data.
(4) To revoke consent to the collection, processing, use or retention of the collected personal data.
(5) To delete the collected personal data.
